Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a great view over the river. The friendly and helpful service complements the overall experience. The location is ideal for exploring Lisbon's attractions. Dining options vary from superb to run of the mill, while facilities cater well to guests' needs.
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and had a balcony overlooking the sea, making my mornings fantastic. The lobby and the area near my room were also comfortable and full of delightful surprising details like good bath products, nice pillows, and even an umbrella in the bedroom. The simple but fresh breakfast was a great start to my day, and the schedule was convenient for me.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was absolutely gorgeous, right next to the National Art Gallery and gardens, although not very close to the main restaurant areas. The rooms were recently renovated and exuded a classical charm, with a stunning view of the Targus river. The service was incredibly efficient and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations and booking local restaurants. Dining options were decent but lacked space, and the courtyard setting was delightful. Overall, a charming hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though small, had a wonderful balcony with a sea view. The early check-in was convenient, but the room could have used more lighting.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The suite I was upgraded to was incredibly spacious and luxurious, with a huge comfy bed and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Everything was immaculately clean and well-cared for. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was perfect, just outside the touristic center, close to the lovely Santos district, and within walking distance to Baixo. The dining experience was superb, with a delicious buffet offering fresh orange juice and fruit. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and filled with luxurious extras like quality toiletries and a complimentary decanter of port. Although a bit stuffy on warmer days, the overall comfort was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast while waiting was a nice touch, and the view from the front room was lovely, despite facing the street.
